The Eatontown, New Jersey-based company said it had profit of $1.52 per share. Earnings, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions, were $1.53 per share.

The computer software reseller posted revenue of $193.8 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $21.3 million, or $4.64 per share. Revenue was reported as $652.5 million.

Woman and child die after vessel overturns in New York harbor

(CNN) — A woman and a child have died after a boat overturned in New York harbor on Saturday night, police said.The capsizing happened near Liberty Island, home to the iconic Statue of Liberty.Police divers and aviation teams were sent to the scene after receiving a 911 call at about 10:25 p.m., the NYPD said. Twelve people were rescued, while divers later located the woman and infant in the water, it said.
