BURLINGTON, Mass. (AP) — BURLINGTON, Mass. (AP) — Minerva Neurosciences Inc. (NERV) on Wednesday reported a loss of $283.7 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Burlington, Massachusetts-based company said it had a loss of $25.51. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 64 cents per share.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $293.4 million, or $34.67 per share.
