WASHINGTON — Catherine Hoggle, the Montgomery County mother of two children who vanished in 2014, was indicted on two counts of murder. Hoggle’s children, Sarah and Jacob Hoggle, were 3 and 2 years old when they went missing in 2014 and have never been found. Hoggle was the last person to see them alive on Sept. 7, 2014.
