The Atlanta-based company said it had net income of $3.25 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to $1.34 per share.
The owner of the Tommy Bahama, Lilly Pulitzer and Southern Tide clothing lines posted revenue of $394.4 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in October, Oxford Industries expects its results to range from a loss of $1.40 per share to a loss of $1.20 per share.
The company said it expects revenue in the range of $280 million to $300 million for the fiscal third quarter.
Oxford Industries expects full-year earnings in the range of $1.60 to $2 per share, with revenue ranging from $1.43 billion to $1.47 billion.
