Voters in Maryland braved the rain early Tuesday to cast their ballots in a primary election to decide party nominees in races for governor, congressional seats and leadership positions across local government.

Polls close at 8 p.m. in Maryland, meaning the rain cleared out in plenty of time for the rush of evening voters. See live results here and results in local races here once polls close.
