KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (AP) — KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (AP) — UGI Corp. (UGI) on Wednesday reported earnings of $520 million in its fiscal second quarter.

The King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based company said it had net income of $2.33 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to $2.09 per share.

The natural gas and electric utilities operator. posted revenue of $2.69 billion in the period.

UGI expects full-year earnings in the range of $2.75 to $2.90 per share.

Tim Scott of South Carolina, said on "CBS Mornings" earlier Monday that Graham's sister "would be a wonderful placeholder."The late senator had also been seeking reelection in November. A special election to determine Graham's replacement on the ballot will be held on Aug. 11.
