WARMINSTER, Pa. (AP) — WARMINSTER, Pa. (AP) — Arbutus Biopharma Corp. (ABUS) on Wednesday reported first-quarter net income of $169.7 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Warminster, Pennsylvania-based company said it had net income of 87 cents.

The biopharmaceutical company posted revenue of $179.1 million in the period.

The company’s shares closed at $4.31. A year ago, they were trading at $3.35.
