HIGH POINT, N.C. (AP) — HIGH POINT, N.C. (AP) — VTv Therapeutics Inc. (VTVT) on Tuesday reported a loss of $7.1 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the High Point, North Carolina-based company said it had a loss of 58 cents.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 98 cents per share.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $27 million, or $3.20 per share.
