NEW YORK (AP) — NEW YORK (AP) — Ladder Capital Corp. (LADR) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $15.9 million.

The New York-based company said it had profit of 13 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and non-recurring costs, came to 21 cents per share.

The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 23 cents per share.

The commercial real estate mortgage origination and finance company posted revenue of $96.2 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $50.5 million.

For the year, the company reported profit of $64.2 million, or 51 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $215.4 million.
